### About Cerebral Valley

[CV](https://cv.inc/about) is the world's largest tech ecosystem, regularly producing [activations](https://cv.inc/showcase) around the world with the biggest brands in the industry. When a partner needs to activate an enterprise account, they call us. Private build days, internal hackathons, workshops on corporate campuses: we run those days across the whole enterprise, putting leading AI tools in the hands of who needs them most. ⚡

### About the Role

As an Enterprise Activation Lead, you design how a partner activates an enterprise account, then you own the day. You're the counterpart to the partner AE on format, who is in the room, staffing, and what winning looks like, and you run the activation with our events ops team from first scoping call through wrap. These are private, account-specific days. You work across labs. There is no quota.

### What you'll do

- Shape the activation with the partner AE. Walk the account, pick the format, set the success metric. Usage, teams activated, workflows shipped. Not RSVPs.
- Own the day. Format, which stakeholders are in the room, staffing, run-of-show with events ops, on-site, wrap metrics.
- Keep the three-party workstreams moving. The partner supplies product, judges, and speakers. The enterprise hosts at their offices. CV runs the activation. You make the day happen.
- Work inside enterprise constraints. Security reviews, internal Slack, VPN and tooling, participant guides, data handled and deleted on their terms. When a CISO says no, you redesign in the room.
- Be on-site as the owner of the activation. Events ops runs production. You hold the run-of-show, the room, and the wrap.
- Measure every activation against the account's goal, then turn the wrap into the next day in that account.

### Non-negotiables you need to have

- 2-4 years experience in a field consulting, solutions architect, customer success, enterprise GTM, sales, or partner-delivery role.
- Client-facing and presentable. You sit with partner AEs and enterprise stakeholders as a counterpart, not a coordinator. You write, speak, and show up like someone they'd put in the room.
- Absurd attention to detail. You catch the thing everyone else misses, consistently.
- Crystal clear, fast, and effective communication. There's no room for ambiguity with partner AEs, enterprise security, or our own team.
- Discretion by default. Enterprise days run behind NDAs and security reviews. What you see and hear stays there.
- High agency. You figure out how to figure it out.
- Bias to action. Get it done first, then improve after.
- Ready to travel. The days happen on corporate campuses, across the country, and sometimes abroad.

### Bonus points, but not requirements

- You've co-hosted customer days and you have opinions on format. Immersion Days, GameDays, Copilot immersions, partner-delivered kits, internal GenAI workshops.
- You can talk IT, VPNs, LLMs, agents, sandbox environments, and internal tooling with a technical audience. You don't have to be the person who builds them, just communicates the requirements, product, and constraints.
- A deep understanding of the AI industry: the models, the products, the companies, and the enterprise adoption race.
- Hackathon or technical event experience, whether organizing or competing.
- An inclination toward learning new tools and experimenting with your own processes to get shit done efficiently.

### How our process runs

1. Intro call: you leave knowing what the job actually is, and can decide whether you want it.
2. Live work session: we work a real activation together, with you and ops. Not a presentation.
3. Prepared pitch: time to think before the call, then you pitch the day.
4. Culture conversation: same questions, every candidate.

*CV hires for agency, not pedigree. CV is an equal-opportunity employer and welcomes applicants of every background. If you truly think you're a great fit and you don't fit the mold, try anyway.*
