ScopeShift AI is a rapid-prototyping copilot for Product Managers. Enter a scenario and it generates developer-ready features with acceptance criteria, test specs, and code templates. A built-in Consistency Check catches gaps; “Suggest Next Features” proposes safe V1s. With one click, ScopeShift exports a JSON spec and Build Code (ZIP) produces a runnable project (tests + API). For the demo, I generated a Plant Watering assistant (FastAPI) with add/list/water flows and image upload, V0 mock. It’s an end-to-end path from idea → scope → tests → running app.
