The app is a mood ring. Measure your heartbeat and as it changes the color turns from blue-pastel-red as you move up and down the zones. Also, an ambient sound plays out to try and speed up your heartbeat or slow it down.  Meditative messages appear depending on the state your are in. Note: Turn up the volume on your device and move the slider back and forth to demo.
