Small business agencies like Flight Design Co. juggle 5+ disconnected tools — Google Suite, QuickBooks, Harvest, Dropbox Sign, and Airtable — just to run day-to-day operations. No single platform connects contracts, billing, time tracking, project management, and team communication in one place. The result is a fragmented, redundant tech stack that wastes time and creates gaps across the entire workflow.
