Problem Statement:
Incomplete information from busy SF small business owners slows down commercial insurance — forcing brokers into repeated site visits and phone calls, driving up acquisition costs, and ultimately making owners pay more than they should.
Solution:
Rova collects inspection photos, documents, and all required information remotely via Telegram — on the owner's schedule, no site visits required — so brokers receive a complete, scored dossier instantly, coverage closes faster, and owners get answers the moment they need them.
