Rosewood Service Atelier turns fragmented cross-property guest memory into staff-ready, property-aware service intelligence. The demo shows how a global VVIP profile can be interpreted for a specific Rosewood property and trip purpose, then orchestrated into coordinated actions across Front Desk, Housekeeping, F&B, Mini Bar, Room Intelligence, and Customer Relations. AI supports human-led luxury hospitality by preparing guest insights, sensitivity guardrails, suggested service language, and department-specific actions before the guest arrives.
