Knowcross is an internal service request and guest profile managment portal. If guests want to fix broken ac etc they call the front desk and then a staff is dispatched with a request. Knowcross also manages guest profile information and preferences. Knowbot access knowcross to manage guest requests and automatically reply to reviews with guest specific preferecnes
