Butler helps hospitality teams remember the details guests should not have to repeat. The system connects guest preferences, dietary restrictions, favorite orders, celebrations, seating preferences, VIP notes, and service history with menu, recipe, ingredient, and operational data so staff can answer questions quickly and confidently in real time. Staff can simply ask Butler questions like “What should we know about this guest tonight?” or
“What can I confidently serve this guest?” The goal is to help hospitality teams deliver more personalized, consistent, and informed service across every shift and guest interaction.
