Luxury concierge meets invisible intelligence layer.

We turn one pre-arrival voice call and consented wearable data into an invisible intelligence layer for Rosewood concierge teams - translating sleep, recovery, hormonal phase, and travel fatigue into bespoke recommendations before the guest arrives. The result is “they just knew” hospitality: the right welcome, room environment, spa treatment, dinner, and itinerary pace, delivered through human staff with AI as the quiet copilot. A guest’s body profile travels with them across every Rosewood property, so the second stay always begins where the first one ended.
