Today, luxury hotels send every guest the same PDF welcome packet. Same restaurants, same spa menu, same FAQ. It doesn't matter if you're there for an anniversary or a business trip — you get the same experience.

We built RoseAI — an AI concierge that creates a fully personalized, mobile-first welcome page for every guest at Rosewood Sand Hill.

Here's how it works. We pull from a guest's public profile — their Spotify, their booking details, their stated interests — and in one conversation, the AI generates a complete branded experience page. "Picked for You" cards matched to their exact signals. A couples spa ritual because they're celebrating an anniversary. A Ridge Vineyards tasting because they mentioned wine. Even a custom AI-composed soundtrack built from their listening DNA — ambient melodic bass because this guest lives in Space Vibes and Dubby Dub Dub.
