The problem: Hotel personalization today is broken. It's invasive, rigid, and doesn't understand guests at the level a great hotel should.



Our idea: From the moment you arrive, the hotel should already feel like it knows you.

We're building three things on the guest side.



Real-time concierge — an always-on service layer that adapts to your schedule as your day unfolds. Curated itineraries — your dining, activities, and experiences pre-personalized based on everything we know about you. And powering both: persistent guest memory — continuously capturing your preferences and goals, updated through every interaction with staff.



On the operations side, the admin interface serves as both a live dashboard and a dynamic guest profile. Every piece of input — a staff observation, a guest conversation, a dietary request — gets routed into structured preferences and recommendations in real time. Staff can add context after any interaction, and the profile updates instantly, so the next touchpoint is already smarter than the last.

One throughline: invisible personalization that feels effortless for the guest and seamless for the team.
