ProcureSwarm is a Vultr-powered, web-based enterprise procurement agent that runs a full source-to-award workflow — not a single retrieve-then-answer call. A Planning Agent (Vultr reasoning) decomposes each purchase request into stage-gated evidence goals. A Retrieval Orchestrator searches enterprise policies, MSAs, invoices, and compliance docs in an iterative decide-search-evaluate-retry loop using Vultr Vector Store for semantic recall and VultronRetriever on Vultr Serverless Inference to rerank candidates — then runs again post-negotiation when offers reveal new evidence gaps. A Strategy Agent selects suppliers from cited evidence and sets negotiation parameters. Then a Negotiation Swarm dynamically spins up one buyer–supplier agent pair per selected vendor — not a hardcoded script: each buyer agent is an independent procurement specialist on Vultr’s negotiation model, paired with a supplier agent routed to that vendor’s persona (internal LLM or external n8n webhook). All pairs negotiate in parallel across multiple rounds, reading and posting competitive bids to a shared Redis intelligence blackboard so agents can pressure suppliers with live market intel and converge on the best deal. Finance, Risk, and Compliance agents then call deterministic TCO, budget, risk, and policy tools (Vultr reasons; tools verify). A Decision Agent outputs a confidence-scored recommendation with citations; a human approver gates the final executive memo with full citation trail and Vultr usage audit. Built for any regulated industry where procurement must be grounded in documents.
