BellBoy is an owner-side enterprise agent that audits hotel operator fees. Hotel owners pay operators management, incentive, and pass-through fees calculated by formulas buried in long management agreements, and small misapplications quietly overcharge the owner every month. BellBoy reads the management agreement and the monthly operating package, recomputes every fee from the raw financials, checks revenue exclusions, profit definitions, and approval thresholds against the contract, compares prior months for anomalies, and produces a cited, dispute-ready audit memo and draft dispute email.
It is a genuine multi-step agent, not retrieve-then-answer. It plans the audit, retrieves fee clauses using a VultronRetriever model on Vultr Serverless Inference, extracts structured rules, recomputes fees deterministically, and when it detects an anomalous charge it loops back on its own to retrieve supporting invoices and approvals before deciding. The retriever scores which clauses and records the audit reasons over. Every dollar figure is computed by deterministic code, never the model, so each finding traces to a specific clause and statement line. Built and deployed end-to-end on Vultr (Serverless Inference, Managed PostgreSQL, Object Storage, Cloud Compute).
