Overturn - Claims Denial Appeal Agent

Insurers deny a huge share of medical claims. Appeals often win, but each one takes a biller hours of cross-referencing the denial letter, the payer's policy, and a thick patient chart so hospitals write off recoverable revenue.

Overturn is a web-based enterprise agent that does it in about a minute. It reads the denial, pulls the insurer's own policy, breaks it into medical-necessity criteria, and checks each against the records, retrieving the specific document per criterion, re-retrieving when the evidence is buried, and running deterministic date/code tools. It then drafts a filing-ready appeal with pinpoint citations, or honestly declines and hands over an evidence work order.

Planning, reasoning, and retrieval reranking run entirely on Vultr Serverless Inference (NVIDIA Nemotron + VultronRetriever). Built solo during the event. All data synthetic.
