Corporate loan covenants (leverage, DSCR, coverage ratios) are still monitored by hand, and today's AI tools hallucinate the very numbers a bank must defend to a regulator — "agent-washing." Verity fixes both.

It's a genuine multi-step agent: it plans, retrieves clauses from the credit agreement and financial statements (more than once), calls calculation tools, decides, and writes a cited memo — with its full reasoning streamed live, so you watch it think instead of trusting a black box.

Its core guarantee: the LLM cannot invent a number. All financial math runs in deterministic, unit-tested code; every figure is registered with a citation to its source document, and a "number guard" rejects any un-cited digit the model tries to write. Contract definitions (EBITDA add-backs, IFRS-16 leases) override textbook formulas.

Two modes, one engine: BEFORE designs a covenant package with stress-tested, justified thresholds; AFTER monitors an existing agreement, detects drift toward a breach, traces the cause in the transaction ledger, and escalates with a calibrated confidence level (low-confidence items route to human review).

Built on Vultr end-to-end: Vultr Serverless Inference is the reasoning brain, and the app is deployed on Vultr Cloud Compute (live URL above). Multi-country by design (Peru/SMV first); users can create a company and upload their own filings (PDF/JSON) to analyze any borrower. UI in English, Spanish and French.
