SLA Sentinel is an enterprise agent that investigates vendor SLA breaches. Click one button — the agent runs 8 tools: Vultr LLM extracts the incident and drafts a memo,
  while deterministic TypeScript tools retrieve the contract, calculate downtime, check thresholds, compute penalties, and collect evidence. Every verdict cites specific
  contract clauses and ticket timestamps. The LLM never touches money. Built in 2 days at RAISE Summit 2026, powered by Vultr Serverless Inference with NVIDIA Nemotron
  Cascade 2.
