AURA Clinical Agent is an enterprise AI agent that automates clinical trial eligibility evaluation. Instead of manually reviewing patient records, trial protocols, medications, laboratory results, and hospital policies, clinicians describe a clinical task in natural language. AURA plans the workflow, orchestrates multiple specialist tools, retrieves evidence from structured clinical records, validates protocol inclusion and exclusion criteria, checks drug interactions and document freshness, and generates an explainable, evidence-backed recommendation. Every execution is streamed through a transparent reasoning timeline with a complete audit trail. Built using React, FastAPI, MongoDB Atlas, and Vultr Serverless Inference, AURA demonstrates how enterprise AI agents can accelerate clinical research workflows while maintaining traceability, compliance, and human review.
