**Building Compliance Drift Agent** demonstrates a reusable enterprise AI architecture rather than a domain-specific application. Although this demonstration uses evolving building fire-safety regulations, the same architecture naturally applies to finance, healthcare, insurance, manufacturing, legal compliance, quality assurance, and any enterprise workflow where decisions must remain explainable as knowledge evolves.

Enterprises make millions of operational decisions every day using policies, regulations, manuals, contracts, and other evolving documents. A decision that was correct yesterday may become incorrect tomorrow—not because anyone made a mistake, but because the governing knowledge evolved.

This project demonstrates a complete end-to-end enterprise agent capable of:

- ingesting evolving regulations,
- constructing a temporal knowledge graph,
- executing inspections against the regulations that were active at the time,
- detecting both operational and regulatory drift,
- exporting the complete evidence subgraph via a REST API, and
- grounding an open-source LLM in that evidence to produce explainable answers.
