Banks monitor thousands of loan covenants by hand. Every quarter, for every borrower, an analyst must find the credit agreement and every amendment, reconstruct the exact covenant definition, recompute the leverage ratio, explain why it moved, and write a memo the credit committee can act on. Miss an amendment and you raise a false breach; over-credit an addback and you miss a real one.

Covenant Sentinel automates this loop with a grounded AI agent. It reads the real credit agreement and its amendments, derives the covenant rules from the documents, recomputes the ratio on a deterministic engine, finds the cause in the ledger, cites comparable precedents, and produces a decision-ready memo where every number is tool-verified and every claim is cited to a page.
