CONDUCTOR is a real-time emergency dispatch coordinator for live events: stadiums, amusement parks, and festivals. Field staff speak naturally in any language. CONDUCTOR transcribes the call with Gradium, understands the incident using NVIDIA Nemotron on Crusoe Managed Inference, and sends a single targeted alert to the nearest qualified responder, not just whoever is closest.

When someone leaves their post to respond, CONDUCTOR automatically reassigns coverage so no zone goes blind: backfill dispatch, live GPS repositioning, and proactive crowd density signals from on-site cameras. This addresses the same failure modes seen in real crowd disasters, where pulling the nearest guard without replacing them leaves a zone uncovered.

The stack includes a WebSocket coordinator, a talkie-walkie staff app with push-to-talk and live map routing, an operator console with override, and a live 3D venue simulator synced to the brain.
