Himalayan trekkers die from a repeating pattern — lost way, sudden weather, zero network — while offline maps hide behind foreign paywalls and speak no Hindi. PagDandi is an on-device AI trail companion running Gemma 4 E4B fully offline: aesthetic offline maps, a position-aware agentic guide, speech-to-speech translation with locals, and peer-to-peer SOS where every trekker's phone becomes the network.
