RescueGrid: A drone-based disaster damage assessment dashboard for Fort Myers Beach and Boca Grande.

Python/FastAPI backend ingests drone orthomosaic rasters and building/road GeoJSON, projects them into a 16×16 sector grid with progressive directional reveal, and serves deterministic recommendations, route planning (Dijkstra with road-damage awareness), incident deltas, and operator Q&A. React/Leaflet frontend renders building/road overlays with damage styling, an orthomosaic layer with opacity controls, live unit markers, route overlays, a step-based mission timeline, and operator overrides. An external HTTP simulator feeds normalized operational events (drone sweeps, unit positions, mission products) to test the full pipeline without real hardware. Supabase for persistence with in-memory fallback for local dev.
