HERMES is an agentic energy copilot for industrial refrigeration, built on Crusoe Managed Inference. It builds a live model of a cold-storage plant from a streaming physics simulation and drives proactive, context-sensitive actions the operator can question and override — by voice.

Before acting, the agent runs a digital twin: it clones the live plant and simulates the next two hours on the real physics engine, and applies a move only if it never breaks the food-safety band. 
It is a 17-tool agent reasoning on NVIDIA Nemotron: it optimises energy, forecasts risk against a live weather feed and pre-cools ahead of a delivery, and on a fault it raises a spoken alert and diagnoses the root cause, cited against the food-safety norms. It runs two Crusoe models — the flagship 550B for reasoning, a fast one for the real-time alert — with voice through Gradium. Every action needs the operator's approval, and energy savings are measured live against a baseline.
