Reclaim is an AI-powered SLA credit recovery platform built on Vultr. It helps teams identify, validate, and recover missed cloud service credits by analyzing contracts, invoices, support incidents, and service records.

  The app uses Vultr-hosted infrastructure for deployment and runs live AI planning through NVIDIA Nemotron via Vultr’s AI platform. Nemotron helps reason across case evidence, service terms, and recovery rules to generate citation-backed case memos, risk notes, and approval-ready recommendations.

  Reclaim presents this as a SaaS operations workbench with case routing, source inspection, approval flows, and system health visibility, turning fragmented cloud billing and reliability data into auditable recovery cases with clear financial impact.
