Silent Queue permite acompanhar a posição, receber avisos e esperar longe da fila física. O sistema de fila existente continua decidindo ordem, prioridade e mudanças de estado. Quando habilitada, a IA transforma pedidos de acessibilidade em preferências; ela nunca altera a fila.

Stack: Next.js App Router, React, TypeScript estrito, Zod, JSON local/D1 no Sites, OpenAI Responses API, Vitest, Playwright e axe.
