HeadStart - The marketplace for Boilerplate on games - to remix open source games, share them, and monetize them. HeadStart gives AI-assisted game builders a starting point instead of a blank canvas. Point your coding agent at HeadStart and it grounds your build in real, working examples instead of guessing from scratch. 

It's a coding-agent plugin (works with Codex) that indexes real playable games and their reusable building blocks, engines, mechanics, world systems: with sourced evidence and creator/model attribution. 

The catalog currently has 72+ researched entries and 145+ candidate building blocks. Longer-term: an optional base-plate for the hard infrastructure every game needs (accounts, monetization, ad platforming), the ability to remix existing games' building blocks into new ones, and a royalty system that pays original creators a proportional share when their work is reused and monetized downstream.
