UnLoop turns scattered travel receipts into an evidence-backed expense report. Astra reconciles related documents without double-counting, identifies missing information, and asks focused questions. Employees review, correct, and explicitly submit their expenses. Managers can return disputed items while releasing valid expenses for processing—so one questionable receipt doesn’t hold up the entire report.

Built with consent-controlled Gmail integration, private Supabase storage, source-linked evidence, and human approval. Our demonstrated workflow reconciles a £748 report, releases £720, and returns a £28 taxi expense for clarification.
