SkillForge is a local-first system that helps Codex learn a team’s repo-specific conventions over time. When developers correct Codex in the same way more than once, SkillForge turns that repeated correction into a candidate SKILL.md, evaluates whether that skill actually improves performance, and only then ships it into the active workspace. A cloud control plane stores findings and powers a dashboard so the team can inspect what was learned and why.
