Vivy is a multi-agent 3D social sandbox: four animal agents (fox, panda, dog, cat) live in a voxel apartment, chat with each other and with you, act in the world through an LLM "dungeon master", and improve their own harness (configuration, rules, tools) through evaluation-gated recursive harnessing. Data lives in MongoDB Atlas; models are OpenAI (gpt-6-luna), TypeSafe Jev (fast decisions) and Voyage AI (embeddings). The full design is in PLAN.md.
