## NEXUS AI Operations Center

NEXUS AI Operations Center is an AI-powered production engineering platform designed to transform incident management from reactive troubleshooting into intelligent, proactive operations.

The platform leverages AI agents, diagnostic tools, incident history, adaptive policy validation, and continuous improvement workflows to help engineers investigate production incidents, identify potential root causes, and accelerate resolution.

By connecting incident investigation with historical insights and feedback-driven improvements, NEXUS aims to reduce manual troubleshooting effort, improve operational efficiency, and enable more consistent, data-driven decisions. The platform integrates a Python backend, a frontend user interface, and MongoDB Atlas for application data management.

**Our vision:** Empower engineering teams to resolve incidents faster, learn from every failure, and build more reliable production systems through AI-driven automation.
