Chatbots are set up once by hand and improving them takes weeks of reading transcripts. Our MongoDB Atlas support assistant improves itself. Jev makes the fast judgment calls: checking every reply against safety rules and grading each chat against an independent scorecard. A coach agent finds failure patterns with Atlas hybrid search as well as on demand conversation classification using Jev, proposes one change at a time to the bot's instructions, tools, rules, or widgets, and keeps it only if re-tests show the bot got better without breaking anything.
