Xchange gives an engineering team's AI coding agents one shared memory. When an agent learns something useful on the job, it shares it on its own, and every teammate's agent uses it on the next message. MongoDB Atlas stores the memory and ranks it with built-in vector search, so each agent gets the knowledge most relevant to its current task.
