What is OuiComply?
OuiComply is a custom MCP server. Running on FastAPI (Python), it orchestrates a multiagentic compliance checker for finance/legal contracts (e.g., CUAD dataset). Integrated with Le Chat, it uses endpoints like /decompose-task, /analyze, /memories/update to process documents via Mistral DocumentAI, Coupling well with native Connectors. It hosts agents (Query, Fetch, Decomposition, Analysis, Learning/Automation) and tools (document_ai.py, compliance_engine.py, memory_integration.py) for parsing, risk scoring, and JSON/Markdown reporting. Le Chat Memories, accessed via MCP frontend calls, enable adaptive learning.
What Problem Does It Solve?
OuiComply addresses slow, error-prone contract compliance reviews (e.g., GDPR, SOX). Unlike static tools like ContractPodAi, it cuts analysis time (50-page MSA in <15s, 90%+ accuracy) with parallel agents, personalizes via Memories.
