Workflow Guardrail is an agentic system embedded inside creative workflows that prevents costly scope creep before it propagates. 

A central Orchestrator routes user actions to specialized agents including ScopeWatcher, ChangeTriage, and CostCalculator. 

The system evaluates changes against project constraints and historical workflow data stored in Snowflake, surfaces real-time deadline and cost impact, and gates message delivery when necessary.

This is agentic AI governing outcomes — not just generating responses.
