Kin at Work turns an employee's workflow into a plain markdown file that can be used three ways: coworkers read it as a doc, the owner's assistant runs it for anyone who asks, and other people's or partner companies' agents can call it as a step in their own work. The file is a Cortex Agent skill; every run executes with the asker's own Snowflake role, so row access and masking policies, not the app, decide what each person or agent sees.
