PermitPal is a chat-first permitting assistant for San Francisco residential renovations. Powered by ChatGPT-5, it asks a few targeted questions to determine whether your project qualifies for Over-the-Counter (OTC), then collects the minimal confirmations to auto-fill the required city disclosures and forms—delivering a downloadable PDF in minutes. Users can upload documents right in chat, get a clear readiness checklist, and skip the guesswork and paperwork shuffle.
