OmniSplit by Adina Finance is an autonomous multimodal group settlement engine that eliminates the friction, awkward math, and payment drop-offs of group expenses (group dinners, vacation rentals, travel carts). 

Instead of manual receipt math and chasing friends on payment apps, OmniSplit combines Gemini 4 Argon multimodal vision with DeepMind Managed Autonomous Agents. Users simply snap a photo or upload a screenshot of any receipt or checkout screen. Argon parses the items, tax, and tip with complex visual reasoning. An ensemble of autonomous Managed Agents representing the host and each participant then negotiate item allocations, dietary offsets, shared dishes, and pre-existing group credits to reach 100% mathematical consensus. Finally, OmniSplit settles the tab in real time through Adina Split Pay™ multi-card virtual issuance.
