Please Pass: AI-powered Singapore building code compliance checking inside Autodesk Revit.

Architects spend 265-580 person-hours per project manually checking building codes before submission. Please Pass replaces that with one click. As an MVP for the hackathon, it currently extracts rooms, doors, walls, and corridors from a Revit BIM model, sends them to a Gemini 3.1 Flash Lite compliance agent, and returns violations as Revit view annotations (red highlights with leader lines) and an interactive dashboard.

Gemini classifies elements and selects applicable code clauses, then calls deterministic tools (check_minimum, check_maximum, check_equals, check_count) that do the actual math. Zero hallucinated numbers. The real-time Agent Activity trace lets architects watch every decision. Click any violation to zoom straight to it in the model.

Covers fire safety, accessibility, and room sizing rules from Singapore Fire Code 2023, Accessibility Code 2019, and HDB/BCA standards.
