The Panorama Agent analyzes street-level imagery around a location to quantify real-world friction and opportunity—visibility, signage legibility, pedestrian friendliness, approachability, and contextual cues that affect walk-in conversion. This is the “physical reality check” that typical dashboard analytics miss: even when a district has sufficient foot traffic, poor sightlines, cluttered storefronts, or unfriendly street geometry can silently suppress conversion.
