Project: GeminiSpace
Track: Gemini in Hard Tech(Option 2)

The Problem: Building environmental maps for mobile robots in factories using traditional SLAM is time-consuming, rigid, and computationally expensive.

The Solution: GeminiSpace redefines spatial mapping. Users upload standard panoramic pictures of an indoor environment. The Gemini API processes the space autonomously, instantly generating a 2D orthographic floor plan, a topological routing graph, and a 3D Voxel map.

Hardware Execution: We bridge generative AI with physical automation. A user types a natural language query (e.g., "How do I get to the table?"). Using Gemini's multimodality, the system generates an obstacle-free physical path and translates it into a standard ROS2 Nav2 payload for direct hardware dispatch.
