Stuffi brings a child’s favorite stuffed animal to life using Gemini 3 Flash & Multimodal Live API. We transform a photo into a unique, persistent NPC with a distinct personality, animal-specific voice, and 3D portrait. The core experience is an audio-first, real-time conversation where the toy acts as a peer and playmate. By integrating Lyria 3, Stuffi engages children in interactive, high-fidelity musical sessions that evolve based on their real-time input making routines like mealtime or bedtime magical adventures.

Stuffi addresses a universal parenting pain point: the "irrational negotiations" of toddlers. By leveraging the existing emotional bond between a child and their toy, we provide a tool for positive behavior reinforcement (e.g., "Mealtime Motivation"). With a TAM of 15M+ US households with children under 5, Stuffi has massive long-term potential.
