90M+ Indians in work remote/hybrid, only 10% speak fluent English. A product manager in Delhi NCR speaks Hindi, developer in Chennai speaks Tamil, and the designer in Bengaluru prefers Kannada/Eng. Everyone defaults to English, and meetings are slow, ideas get lost in translation, and non-English speakers stay silent.
