Diffcast automatically converts code changes into demo videos that are easily understandable for non-technical teams. When a commit occurs, our system utilizes Gemini 3 to analyze the git diff and identify what has changed. It then generates a walkthrough video and a feature release video with audio in multiple languages, all in under 2 minutes and without any manual effort.

Imagine an SDR new to an organization who finds it hard to understand a products' changelogs, DiffCast provides an easy way for them to understand the changelogs and the product changes.
