Drop in your photos, and it sorts them by EXIF timestamp, applies Ken Burns motion and GPS map overlays, then bridges each photo pair with an AI-generated transition using fal's Vidu start-to-end video model — real generated motion, not a crossfade. The whole media pipeline, including video/audio encoding and muxing, runs client-side with Mediabunny and WebCodecs. Your photos never leave your device; only the two keyframes needed for each transition are sent to fal, and identical transitions are cached locally so you never regenerate — or pay for — the same cut twice.
