A French ballet dancer, uprooted to Tokyo after an injury ended her career, follows a black cat out of her lonely house on a rain-soaked afternoon. Chasing it through the city as day turns to neon night, she reaches Shibuya — and catches her body settling, unbidden, into a ballet stance she thought she'd lost. Descending into the crowded Scramble Crossing below, she opens her arms, quietly at home in a city that doesn't need to notice her.
