An AI lab builds the smartest model on Earth — but can't afford enough chips to run it. Inspired by real news of Anthropic's reported $10 billion talks to lease compute from Meta, this animated satire follows a desperate CEO, a smug sentient usage-limit popup, and one very tired GPU named Volt through the AI compute wars. Made with Seedance 2.0 in the style of Inside Job and Solar Opposites — nothing was learned, and talks remain very preliminary.
