Built by a practicing cardiologist - because patients forget up to 80% of what their doctor says. PostVisit.ai bridges the gap between the doctor's office and everything that comes after.

The patient records the visit using the Reverse AI Scribe. Opus 4.6 transcribes, structures, and integrates it with the patient's health record - vitals, labs, meds, clinical guidelines - assembling the full clinical picture via the 1M context window.

Patients tap any term for a plain-language explanation, ask questions about every aspect of their health, upload documents for AI analysis, and build a personal evidence-based medicine library. Extended thinking and real-time tool use power every answer.

Doctors stay in the loop - engagement, AI chat review, escalation alerts. Built around security, privacy, and clinical best practices.

Tested in a real hospital. Coded in 7 days - Brussels to a train to Paris, an 11h flight, and San Francisco.
