Sehat: voice-first multilingual medical triage for India's 700M underserved (PS2: Break the Barriers). Speak symptoms in 7 Indian languages, Opus 4.6 extended thinking performs visible clinical reasoning, classifies severity, generates bilingual action plans with printable doctor cards.
Opus 4.6 does what no other model could: structured medical reasoning across code-switched languages (Hinglish, Tanglish), WORST-FIRST triage mirroring clinical ESI/MTS, culturally aware warnings on dangerous home remedies. The thinking chain IS the product.
Two-layer emergency detection catches emergencies in <50ms. Period Health Companion breaks a deeper barrier: 71% of rural Indian girls don't know about menstruation before their first period. Women log cycles, get AI predictions, ask about PCOS in their language. First explanation without shame.
Iterated from text triage to voice loops, emergency bypass, period health, dashboards. Solo build with Claude Code + Sarvam AI for Indian STT/TTS.
