Shipwell is a full codebase autopilot that ingests entire repositories into Opus 4.6's 1M-token
context window for deep cross-file analysis. It runs five operations - security audit, migration planning, refactor analysis, documentation generation, and dependency upgrades, also streaming findings in real time with severity tagging, cross-file dependency graphs, and before/after code diffs. One click creates a fix PR through our GitHub App with all patches applied. Available as both a web dashboard (shipwell.app) and a CLI (npm i -g @shipwellapp/cli). Unlike single-file linters, Shipwell sees your entire codebase at once, catching issues that span multiple files, like auth bypasses across route handlers or data flows through three modules.
