HiveBoard: Datadog for AI Agents. It is framework-agnostic observability for AI Agents.

Includes a Claude Code Skill for 5-min agent setup and a Claude Agent SDK hook (hiveloop_hooks()) for zero-config observability (shipping imminently)

Built in 4 days using 3 Claude Opus 4.6 instances as a coordinated team: PM, and two dev teams cross-auditing each other's code.  ~4% coding time; rest was specs, design, and adversarial review.
